Low Calorie Diet Plan Achieve a Healthy Heart With Planning Determination and Sacrifice

Shed Weight With The Low Calorie Diet Plan

In our food fetish we unintentionally consume a lot of calories that add on to our body in the form of cellulite in the wrong areas. We are rather unwary of the fact that with every scoop of our much loved ice cream, with every bite of our favorite candy and every sip of a soda we consume calories in high doses! These settle in our body in grotesque forms as flab in tummy, thigh, arms and hip areas. So if you wish to get rid of all these extra flab for good, then stick to a low calorie diet plan.

This is the most intelligent way of cutting down weight. So set your goal to lose weight and abide by your plan with determination. Instead of incessant devouring, prepare your diet for a low calorie diet plan right at your home.

Know The Amount Of Calories That You Take In!

Your visit to the dietician would be enough to enlighten you about the quantity of calories that you take in!You can also use the Google calorie calculator from the Internet. You would be surprised to know about the whooping figures. A full glass of banana milk shake enriches you with a whole of 160-170 calories! All the pastas, rice, potatoes, creamy food, pastries, bread and candies, fetch you huge amount of calories. Therefore, it is essential to have a proper plan to stay fit.

So your first step would be to cut down the shakes while you make your low calorie plan. You can choose to make a 1300, 1400 or 2000 calorie plan in a day in direct ratio to the weight your body needs to shed.

Chart Your Daily Meal Plan

After knowing about the calorie content of various foods that you consume, you should plan your everyday meal by cutting out straight 500 calories from what you used to take daily. But remember not to completely drain your body out of the minimum required carbohydrates. Supply your body with all kinds of green leafy vegetables, fruits, beans, cereals, wholesome grains and low-fat milk products. If you are a meat lover then consume only lean meat and chicken without its skin. Mercilessly cut down on your intake of high-starch food and sugar-rich ice creams and sweets. Avoid junk food, pizzas, burgers and carbonated drinks. Only then will your low calorie diet plan work!

Then go on to plan what to consume in your daily meal. Increase your meal frequency to 5 or 6 times in a day rather than 3. This moderate consumption will increase your metabolic rate without letting you starve. Have cereals and milk for breakfast. You can also have boiled eggs and a glass full of unsweetened fruit juice. Eat a healthy lunch with chicken, rice and salad. Take a light dinner with steamed rice and vegetable curry, sprouted grains and fruits. Fruits are an essential entity of your low calorie diet plan. Drinking good quantity of water in a day is also advisable.

Low Calorie Diets Are Healthy

Cutting down calories from your daily meals can go a long way in giving you a healthy heart! Research has revealed that this kind of diet keeps you away from many other kinds of ailments. What a way indeed to lose weight without compromising on your health! You can also shed weight by coupling your low calorie diet plan with regular exercises. This will keep your body fit. Hence count your calories before you eat and find yourself in a well sculpted and healthy body all through the year!

Kimberley D Walsh, a victim of obesity in her youth experienced the shame and castigation of her physical condition at very early age. She took up serious study of various diet programs and read extensively on every scrap of information she could lay her hands on. She has drawn upon all her experiences and the knowledge from her studies to incorporate them in her websites with the express intention that the youth at her age should never go through what she underwent. More or less her guide takes on the attitude of a doting mother who is keen to keep her children aware of the problems and which direction they should take to alleviate themselves from it. Planning a Spa Themed Bridal Shower at Home

Planning a Spa Themed Shower at home will save you money and the options on what to do are endless! A spa themed shower at home gives you a lot of flexibility and you can plan the day exactly as you please, keeping the bride and her wishes in mind of course!

Here is a list of ideas on how to plan a spa themed shower. From the invitation to food, games, activities and favors, this list will help you get started on planning the perfect spa themed bridal shower.

Invitations: Once you have the location, the guest list and the date set, its time to get those invitations out! You can choose to either buy a pack of invitation or make them and print them, you can even send an e-vite for the most affordable option and have it customized to reflect your theme. A few suggestions on what to include:
-Obviously date, time and location!
-Who the shower is for--come up with a cute phrase for this.
-Include something fun like a printed gift certificate that you can make at home. Have it say, "this certificate entitles you to a day of relaxation and fun--services include, a mani-pedi, massage and facial!
-Be sure to include where the bride has registered.
-You may also have special instructions, such as dress code- for example, tell them to wear their favorite robe and slippers or be sure to bring a towel, in case these are things the host will not be able to provide.

Food: The food for a spa theme shower should be simple and on the healthier side. Choose bite size finger sandwiches, fruit salad, salad, cheese and cracker, deli meat, and dips like hummus with pita chips for a really nice and colorful spread.

Drinks: Again, opt for healthy drinks and juices--make them look prettier with cut up fruit like apple and orange slices in a nice clear jug of colorful fruit juice. Also, be sure to have plenty of water with sliced cucumber and lemon to make it feel like a real spa.

Activities: This is the best part of a spa theme bridal shower! For the spa activities, I would recommend setting up stations and appointing one or two people to work each station. The best people to run each station would probably be the bridesmaids, but if you know someone who specializes in any of these areas and is willing to work one of the stations, even better!!

Setting-up the Spa Stations:

-Station 1: Massage Center- Be sure to have plenty of massage oils and relaxing music playing for this, having more than 1 massage table set-up will move things along quicker, especially if there are a lot of guests. Perhaps draping this area off would be a good idea and limit the massage to no more than 20-30 minutes.

-Station 2:Facial Center-Hopefully you can set this station up somewhere close to a sink. There are many ways to do an at home facial. Start with cleansing your guests face, than steam to open up the pores, apply the mask--one of my favorite and most simple face masks that is typically safe for most skin types is pure honey mixed with the juice of a lemon, apply cucumber slices on the eyes and let the honey mask harden a bit over a period of 10-15 minutes, remove with a warm damp washcloth. Lastly, exfoliate with basic sugar--an excellent exfoliator, which is typically safe for all skin types, but should probably be avoided on sensitive skin or skin that is broken out with acne. Remove the sugar scrub with your fingers by using water and gentle circular motions.

-Station 3:Mani-Pedi Center-For the manicures-set up a couple of tables with a variety of nail polish colors, nail grooming tools, such as files and clippers, nail polish remover and hand lotion. Assign a member of the bridal court to perform the manicures. For the pedicures, start with removing any polish off the guests feet. Have them soak their feet in the pedicure bubbles. You can either purchase a spa pedicure from a local drug store or beauty supply store or to save money, set up a couple of large basins and fill with hot water and vibrating bubbles. Next use exfoliator to exfoliate the feet and a foot file to remove dead skin. Rinse off the exfoliator and wash feet, now finish the pedicure by grooming the toes.

There is so much more you can do--imagination and creativity are key when planning a spa theme bridal shower. Dont forget to send your guests home with a Unique Bridal Shower Favor or select from spa theme bridal shower favors to match your theme!
